Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from Battle IAS, a proprietorship based in Lucknow.
Digital PDF
Because a PDF can be copied once it is downloaded, we do not offer refunds once the PDF has been downloaded. We will refund in full in these cases, if you write to us within 7 days of payment:
- Failed delivery: you paid but did not receive the PDF or a working download link, and we could not fix it.
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
Printed book
A printed book can be returned only if it arrives damaged (or with missing or misprinted pages). Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the book and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund.
Cancellation
A PDF order cannot be cancelled after payment because delivery is instant. A printed-book order can be cancelled for a full refund before it is shipped; message us with your order number.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, as per bank and payment-gateway timelines.
