This website, battleias.com, is run by Battle IAS, a proprietorship based in Lucknow, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying from us you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the site

The study material on this site (PYQs, explanations, current affairs, calculators and guides) is for personal, non-commercial study. Do not copy, resell or republish it without our written permission. Do not misuse the site, try to break its security or scrape it in bulk.

2. Products

We sell study material, including the PYQ Made Easy book as a digital PDF, as a printed book, or both. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay) using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not see or store your card details. An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds.

4. Digital products and licence

A PDF is licensed to the buyer for personal use only. Each copy may be personalised with the buyer’s name, email, phone and order number. Sharing, uploading or selling the file is not allowed and may lead to download links being disabled without refund.

6. Accuracy

We work hard to keep answers and information correct, but we cannot guarantee that every item is free of error or that it will lead to selection in any exam. Always check official notices from UPSC, UPPSC and other bodies.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
