At a review of the Department of Land Resources on 8 May 2026, the Centre outlined DILRMP 3.0 and the proposed Land Stack. DILRMP 3.0 covers computerised records, ULPIN, Aadhaar seeding, revenue courts, Core GIS and urban mapping pilots. Land Stack aims at quick, accurate land valuation, helping banks speed up loans. Land Stack and DILRMP 3.0: what happened?

Long-standing land disputes often start with old records that do not match maps. DILRMP digitises records and links them. Land Stack would put all that land data in one usable layer.

ULPIN is a unique ID for each land parcel, based on georeferencing.
Revenue courts will be computerised and linked to land records.
Urban land records mapping will begin as pilots.
