Why were students left out?
- Institutions or universities did not lock master data or forward applications.
- Verification of student data was pending at university level.
- Results of some courses, such as D.El.Ed., were declared late.
- Cases were pending or rejected on PFMS, or transactions failed.
- Some students attached income certificates in their own name; some had not paid fees.
- For General, OBC and minority students the rules do not let dues carry over to the next year, so a Cabinet decision was needed.
