The 23rd PM-KISAN instalment: what happened?
₹2,000 every four months into a farmer’s account will not transform a farm, but at national scale it is one of the world’s largest DBT income-support pipes — if land records and e-KYC stay clean.
- Registration via portal, app or CSCs; States verify; PFMS and NPCI route payments after Aadhaar and bank checks.
- Land-record seeding, Aadhaar–bank link and e-KYC (OTP, biometric or face auth) required.
